The IE is one of the fastest growing regions in the state. And yet with relatively low voter turnout, both new and older residents’ voices are not fully represented in the halls of power — whether locally, in Sacramento, or nationally.
What can funders do ensure that people in the region have access to the information, resources, and supportive structures to make informed decisions? Join us and a dynamic panel of speakers for an honest discussion of how funders can partner with nonprofits to support civic education and engagement — even those that have not traditionally funded civic engagement.
